Who’d like a mural with their morning macchiato or a custom curtain with their croissant? Head to Bostock bakery in North Berwick because they now have both!
We were delighted to be asked to design and paint a mural and create a bespoke curtain for Lindsay and Ross and their newly expanded and refurbished bakery/cafe by the sea.
The newly finished space is exquisitely designed and fitted out by the Bostock team, Raskl and Francey Joinery with beautiful detailing throughout from curved tiled counters, brass edged tables, curvy upholstery and custom curved mirrors. We were delighted to be asked to create a bold backdrop in mural form featuring undulating and overlapping shapes reminiscent of soft waves and shifting sands in soft neutral tones with pops of bordeaux red and arctic blue. The custom curtain adds another tactile layer to the space and continues the soft lines from the mural in chunky wool cording and embroidery.
